What is P1 Motor Club?
P1 Motor Club is exactly what you’d expect from an exclusive golf club and residential community in Florida, but with one exception: we replaced golf with a 4.5-mile private racetrack. This, and other driving amenities makes us a motor club for automotive enthusiasts. The addition of an expansive clubhouse, pool, spa, pickleball and basketball courts, GarageMahals, Autominiums, and single-family residences - all a short drive to Florida’s best destinations - makes us a community for the whole family.

Our expansive 650-acre site is comprised of three distinct areas: P1MC Members' Club (to include the 4.5-mile P1 Circuit, the P1MC Members' Residential Community, and the P1MC Members' Clubhouse), the Treasure Coast Motorsports Complex (to include an Events Pavilion, the 3.2-mile Treasure Coast Circuit, the 1.2-mile P1 Karting Circuit, a skid pad, and off-road course), and the P1 Motorsports R&D Park/Large Vehicle Storage.

P1 Motor Club will be a community where family, friends, and invited guests create lifetime bonds forged by unforgettable memories. Founders Molly and Ari Straus have a proven record of creating such a community at Monticello Motor Club (MMC), one of the world’s first and finest motor clubs, where Ari served as managing partner for 12 years.
Membership is required for full access to P1 Motor Club and optional ownership of residences and customizable garages, aka “GarageMahals.” Before construction begins, Charter licenses will be offered for individuals and families. As new assets become available, Charter Members will enjoy priority access based on join date and above all other members.
Membership is by invitation and/or referral only.
If you do not know one of the founders or an existing Charter Member, you may request an interview and application for consideration.
Real Estate
Single-family homes, GarageMahals, and Autominiums all have trackside views and are available exclusively to P1MC Members. Members are not required to purchase real estate.
