The P1 Vision is Becoming Reality.
P1 Motor Club is reimagining the exclusive Florida club experience by replacing fairways with over nine miles of private, limit-free racetracks. As you can see in the latest update from our Director of Fun, the Treasure Coast Motorsports Complex is coming to life with construction moving at full speed. From our half-mile cross car track to the upcoming one-mile karting circuit and expansive lakefront amenities, the world’s pinnacle motorsports community is taking shape. With Phase 1 real estate nearly sold out, now is the time to secure your place in the community.
The P1 Property
Our expansive 650-acre site is comprised of three distinct areas: P1 Members' Club (4.5-mile P1 Circuit, Clubhouse, Residential Community), Treasure Coast Motorsports Complex (Event Pavilion, 3-mile Treasure Coast Circuit, 1-mile Karting Circuit, 0.5-mile Rally Circuit, 0.25-mile Drift Circuit), and P1 Commerce Park.

P1 Motor Club is designed to be more than a destination—it’s a community where families, friends, and guests form lasting bonds through shared experiences and unforgettable memories. Founders Molly and Ari Straus bring a proven legacy of success, having shaped Monticello Motor Club (MMC) into one of the world’s premier motor clubs during Ari’s 12-year tenure as managing partner.
Membership unlocks full access to P1’s tracks, amenities, residences, and garage townhomes. Ahead of construction, a limited number of Charter Licenses are available for individuals and families, granting priority access to new assets and privileges based on Join Date above all other tiers.
Membership is by invitation or referral only. If you are not already connected to a founder or Charter Member, you may request an interview and submit an application for consideration.
Real Estate
Experiential living at P1 goes beyond motorsport and club amenities. It includes the chance to own garage townhomes and trackside residences—spaces designed for entertaining, safeguarding and showcasing automotive collections, and enjoying stays whether overnight, seasonal, or year-round.
These real estate opportunities are reserved exclusively for members, though ownership is entirely optional and not required for membership.
