Garages are customizable with unlimited overnight stays.

  • Our garages range from minimalist storage configurations to fully outfitted 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom builds with dining and entertainment areas.
  • We are fully approved for unlimited overnight stays, unlike other motorsports clubs, and made possible by exclusive zoning approvals.

For members seeking fully bespoke, homestead-eligible living quarters, a limited collection of trackside residences will be available in the future. These multi-level residences include expansive garages on the ground floor and elevated decks with panoramic views of the track, blending year-round livability with the thrill of race-day proximity.

Owners enjoy access to resort-style amenities including a pool and spa, sport courts, a fitness center, and more — all within a secure, gated community close to South Florida’s best beaches, golf, dining, and attractions.

Real estate offerings are available exclusively to members, but the purchase of real estate is not required for membership.
