Membership

P1 Motor Club is designed to be more than a destination—it’s a community where families, friends, and guests form lasting bonds through shared experiences and unforgettable memories. Founders Molly and Ari Straus bring a proven legacy of success, having shaped Monticello Motor Club into one of the world’s premier motor clubs during Ari’s 12-year tenure as managing partner.

Membership is by invitation and/or referral only. If you do not know one of the founders or an existing Charter member, you may request an interview and application for consideration.

CHARTER MEMBERSHIP

A limited number of Charter Licenses are available through opening day. Since their introduction, initiation fees have increased periodically—underscoring the exclusivity and value of this early opportunity.

Charter Licenses grant individuals and their immediate families privileges above all other membership classes, including unlimited driving access, full use of club amenities—such as the Members’ Clubhouse, gym, pool, spa, pickleball courts, biking trails, and dog park—and priority access to trackside real estate offerings, including garage townhomes and residences.

For limited-supply opportunities such as real estate selection or seats in racing schools, Charter Members receive priority over all future, post-opening licenses. Among Charter Members themselves, priority is determined by Join Date.

FLEXIBLE

In most golf club communities, fewer than half of family members actually play golf—yet everyone benefits from the lifestyle. P1 is built with the same philosophy: a community for couples and families, even if only one member is the motorsport enthusiast. To keep things flexible, Charter Members may add or remove immediate family members each season with either driving or non-driving privileges. This ensures you never carry long-term dues for family who aren’t actively using the club.

Each driving season, the license holder pays annual dues for themselves and, if desired, for any family members who need membership privileges that year. For instance, a Charter Member might add driving privileges for his daughter in 2027 and pay dues for two drivers. When she studies abroad in 2028, only his own dues are owed. By 2029, with her back at home and eager to share track time, he adds her again—returning to dues for two drivers.
