Membership
P1 Motor Club will be a community where family, friends, and invited guests create lifetime bonds forged by unforgettable memories. Founders Molly and Ari Straus have a proven record of creating such a community at Monticello Motor Club (MMC), one of the world’s first and finest motor clubs, where Ari served as managing partner for 12 years.
Membership is by invitation and/or referral only.
If you do not know one of the founders or an existing Charter Member, you may request an interview and application for consideration.
CHARTER MEMBERSHIP
A limited number of Charter licenses will be issued from March 1, 2024 until opening day. Initiation fees will increase on April 1, 2024 and every few weeks thereafter. A Charter license provides individuals and their immediate family members with access and benefits superior to all other membership classes, including priority access to all real estate offerings (GarageMahals, Autominiums, and single-family residences) and unlimited driving privileges and use of all club facilities and amenities such as the Members' Clubhouse, gym, pool, spa, pickleball courts, biking trails, dog park, and more.
Charter Members’ access to real estate and limited-supply activities (e.g., seats in racing schools) are prioritized by join date.
FLEXIBLE
Golf club communities offer amenities for everyone since less than half of family members who live in these communities typically play golf. P1 is similarly designed for couples and entire families who might have only one motorsports enthusiast. That’s why we provide Charter Members with flexibility to add or subtract immediate family members each season with driving or non-driving club privileges so there’s no long-term commitment to pay annual dues for those who do not utilize P1.
Prior to each driving season, the license holder will pay annual dues for himself and, optionally, for family members who require membership privileges for that season. For example, a Charter Member wishes to add driving privileges for his daughter for the 2026 season and would pay the then-current annual driving dues for two people. In 2027, his daughter does not utilize the club when she travels abroad for college, and the member would pay driving dues for only himself. In 2028, she returns home and intends to drive on-track with her father again, so he would again pay annual driving dues for two people.
