We are officially pushing toward the finish line! With the track layout fully visible and the road base compacted, we are counting down the days until paving begins in May. In this update, Chris demonstrates the “engineering marvel” of our circuit—putting 1,000 foot-pounds of torque to the dirt to show exactly how the elevation and sightlines have transitioned from paper to reality.
Beyond the track surface, the P1 community is growing at a record pace. We recently surpassed a major milestone with 250 members now officially part of the P1 family. On the real estate side, Phase 1 is nearly a memory—67 of our 70 units are now reserved.
