Real estate offerings are available exclusively to members, but the purchase of real estate is not required for membership.

Through a gated entrance with 24/7 security, P1 Motor Club members and guests will enter a resort-style club that offers adrenaline motorsports experiences, as well as a Members’ Clubhouse with a rooftop pool, a spa, sport courts, a fully-equipped fitness center, a dog park, and biking and running trails. P1 is a short drive to the best of South Florida, including beaches, PGA golf courses, restaurants, and theme parks.

Most real estate has trackside and/or lake views.
